The town of Vetralla, of Etruscan and partly medieval origin, is developed along the ancient Via Cassia and is located in a very favorable geographical position between Rome, Viterbo and the Tyrrhenian coast with the beautiful beaches of Tarquinia Lido, surrounded by the verdant countryside of Tuscia viterbese and some centuries-old woods, also famous for the collection of delicious porcini mushrooms. The context in which it is set is particularly noteworthy for its nature but also for its centuries-old food and wine traditions, such as the production of olive oil, which serve as the backdrop for recurring events full of charm and attraction for all the surrounding municipalities, such as the oil festival or the festival of the cellars with very characteristic floral arrangements.
