DETACHED HOUSE IN PONZA ISLAND

On the ground floor there is a large living area, partly carved into the rock, consisting of three staggered rooms connected by steps, where the white of the walls, the colored majolica tiles and the custom-made built-in furniture create a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen, functional and compact, overlooks one of the two external courtyards, offering perfect continuity between inside and outside. The two independent entrances to the floors, through the courtyards, guarantee privacy and flexibility in the management of spaces.

The first floor, connected internally by a staircase, is dedicated to the sleeping area. Here there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all bright rooms with direct access to the upper courtyard. From here, the view opens onto one of the most exciting natural spectacles on the island: the sunset over Palmarola, which every evening colors the horizon with golden and fiery hues. A moment that becomes a daily ritual, and an integral part of the experience of living in this place.

The outdoor spaces represent the natural extension of the house: two courtyards on different levels and a private garden of approximately 500 square meters, flat and elongated, embellished with a wooden pergola, from which to admire the sea and be enveloped by the silence of the island. The South-West exposure guarantees full sun in the afternoon hours and enhances every corner of the property, making it perfect for moments of relaxation, conviviality and contemplation.
